In addition to our standard 55-minute sessions, which are available 7 days a week, we also offer shorter 25-minute slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Hot Weather
On very hot days, we may close our midday slots to help keep dogs safe during the hottest part of the day. This only happens in extreme temperatures. Morning and evening bookings will still be available when it’s cooler.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. You can contact us or use the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, which is available up to 12 hours before your appointment.
